Items purchased from us can be returned under the following conditions:
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, we will promptly replace or refund your order upon your request. If you need a refund, please notify us immediately without opening any of the packages. We will require you to return the items, and once they arrive at our office, we will process the refund using your original payment method.
Faulty Items on Arrival
If any items are faulty upon arrival, please contact us right away using our Contact Us form or via email. Items should be returned in their original packaging along with any included documentation or accessories. If we can confirm the fault on our end, we will send a replacement the same day. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue a full refund, which will be processed through your original payment method. We will inspect the returned items, and if they are found to be undamaged, they will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged Items During Transit
If any items are damaged during transit, please report this to us immediately upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive the returned items, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund through your original payment method.
Change of Mind
If you have reconsidered your purchase and wish to return an item, you can do so in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you notify us within 7 days of purchase or receipt. The items must be unopened, unused, and in the original condition they were received. After we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
Open Packages on Arrival
If your package arrives open or damaged, please return the items if you are unsatisfied. We will then provide either a replacement or a refund through your original payment method, depending on your preference.
Please be aware that this return policy has certain limitations, particularly regarding stimulants and salts. Once opened, we cannot accept returns on these products due to their sensitive nature.
